We provide the consulting services, warehousing and hosting online forms and surveys, but do not provide e-mail services. Any surveys received that carry our logo were developed by our consultants using our services, but were sent by the client using their own e-mail service provider.

We do not condone or allow SPAM (the term "SPAM" meaning the sending of unsolicited e-mail to parties unknown to the sender.) We expressly forbids the use of our address as the source address on any unsolicited e-mail. We will take active steps to investigate and remove the offending web survey or client on notification of a violation.

In addition, We have taken the following steps to defend against SPAM: Each client agrees to follow our no SPAM rules as contained in our acceptable use policy. Our no SPAM policy, acceptable use policy, and a link for reporting violations of this nature are included on the policy pages on our site. We have created an abuse@surveypro.com e-mail address, as a universal mailbox for people who are not aware of our form page and would like to report content abuses.

We have a zero tolerance policy for random SPAM. If a survey residing on our site utilizes our addresses or services in association with such activities any way, the survey may be subject to immediate deletion.

We will cooperate with legal authorities in releasing names and IP addresses of its users who are involved in spamming or other illegal activities using their web survey. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding our no-SPAM policy, please send it to abuse@surveypro.com
